This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you access it, access data is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to obtain anonymised usage statistics — such as page views, approximate region of origin and referring page.

To display event locations we embed maps from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom). When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to the map server.

When you submit an event via the form, we process the details you voluntarily enter (e.g. title, location, date and any contact details) in order to review and, where applicable, publish the event.
